Fuel Surcharge
We at BW Refrigerated Couriers have always resisted applying a fuel surcharge to our delivery charges. However, due to the continuing rise of diesel prices over the last eighteen months we have found it necessary to implement a diesel surcharge on our transport sector services.
In the past we have absorbed the full impact of these increases. However, the magnitude and volatility of these costs has now become so significant that unfortunately this is no longer possible.
The surcharge will be adjusted in line with future movements in diesel prices (see table below). Should the price of diesel fall, a reduction in the surcharge will of course reflect this. As a guide to current fuel prices you can check the average daily price on the website petrolprices.com or alternatively the monthly average on the Automobile Association website which is theaa.com.
